Who we are

Kelvi is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at hello@kelvi.ie .

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you fill in our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone if given, and your message). This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We retain submissions for up to 12 months and then delete them.

Website analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible, depending on configuration) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools do not use cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not collect personal data.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may log standard request information (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and reliability. These logs are retained briefly and not used to profile visitors.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. We may set strictly-necessary cookies for functionality (e.g. remembering form state). Strictly-necessary cookies don't require consent under GDPR.

Who we share data with

We use the following processors:

• Cloudflare — site hosting and DNS
• Web3Forms or Formspree — contact form delivery
• Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

• Correct it if it's inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict our processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie)
