Kelvi is one person (me) and a system I've spent a long time getting right.

By day I work as a software engineer. By the side, I build websites for small businesses. The motivation was simple: I kept seeing brilliant local businesses being held back by their websites. Great food, honest tradespeople, careful professionals, all with nothing online, or something embarrassing from 2014, or a Wix site they'd given up trying to update.

So I built a system. A small set of well-designed templates, a fast process, and a fair price. Ten days from sign-off to live. €450 to set up, €30 a month to keep it running and looked after. No drama, no surprise invoices, no "premium tier" upsell.
